Our client is looking for an administrative clerk to help them with their project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting various reports, managing documentation, assisting with invoicing and performing various administrative tasks.

This role involves ensuring that all administration and documentation processes are efficiently handled to support the smooth operation of the project.

Permanent full time in onsite

Salary : 40K.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Administrative Support :

Assist in the preparation and submission of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets.

Support to the Finance Team for all finance-related and administrative duties

Communication and Coordination :

Act as a point of contact for project documentation and administrative inquiries.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Field Support :

Provide on-site support as needed to ensure compliance with documentation, quality standards, and the inspection and testing plan.

Conduct periodic site visits to verify documentation and installation checklist (if required).

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in documentation management and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A diploma degree or equivalent is required; additional certifications in project management, construction administration, or inventory management are a plus.
