Senior System Administrator
Position : Senior Operational System Administrator
Location : Remote
Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage Windows servers, Microsoft applications, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
- Perform and oversee regular updates, patches, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues promptly.
- Monitor and optimize system health and performance metrics.
- Implement and enforce advanced security best practices.
- Manage and optimize Azure resources, including VMs, storage, and networking.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior system administrators.
Requirements :
- Extensive experience as a System Administrator in a Windows and Azure environment.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Azure.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Superviser et gérer les serveurs Windows, les applications Microsoft et l'infrastructure cloud Azure.
- Assurer la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes.
- Effectuer et superviser les mises à jour régulières, les correctifs et les sauvegardes.
- Dépanner et résoudre rapidement les problèmes complexes des systèmes.
- Surveiller et optimiser la santé et les performances des systèmes.
- Mettre en œuvre et faire respecter les meilleures pratiques avancées en matière de sécurité.
- Gérer et optimiser les ressources Azure, y compris les machines virtuelles, le stockage et le réseau.
- Encadrer et fournir des conseils aux administrateurs système juniors.
Exigences :
- Expérience approfondie en tant qu'administrateur système dans un environnement Windows et Azure.
- Connaissance approfondie de Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange et Azure.
- Maîtrise de la script PowerShell et de l'automatisation.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en communication.
- Capacités avérées en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
