We are looking for an innovative SCO Manager to join our team!
Knowledge and Skills (Education) :
- Experience with ERP systems, EPICOR an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain & operations planning, with at least 2 years of Leadership experience.
- Experience with cross border shipments and paperwork requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule plant production to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Procure new sources of supply with a cost optimization mindset.
- Negotiate prices, terms and prepare comparable tables.
Skills, aptitudes :
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer skill including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and other interfaces as SharePoint, Teams / Zoom, and MS Project.
Working Conditions :
- 60% Office environment, 40% Plant Floor (PPE required)
