The Reverse Logistics Coordinator is part of the Reverse Logistics team and provides administrative support to our 3rd Party Logistics Centre and The Mobile Shop locations.

The Mobile Shop™ (a fully owned division of Loblaw Inc) is located in over 200 Loblaw and Loblaw-affiliated stores across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Follows up with vendors, receives credit notes follow-up / Receiving of credit notes
• Resolves or escalates store issues in a professional manner
• Liaises with an extended warranty company to resolve customer concerns
• Liaises with 3rd party logistics centre regarding store returns
• Posts weekly store tasks and follows-up on them with stores
• Monitors store supply requests
• Performs other related duties

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Wireless retail experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of POS is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
