Job Description

The Warehouse Contractor will be responsible for shipping material / tooling orders to Calgary, performing order picking, and conducting cycle counting on inventory for accuracy.

The role involves picking orders, wrapping parts, placing them into the appropriate crate, and documenting everything correctly.

Occasional heavy lifting up to 50lbs is required. Additionally, the contractor will assist with inventory on the computer, ensuring shipments and orders are processed correctly.

Part marking of parts coming out of manufacturing with a serial number and tracking it is also part of the job.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Saanich, British Columbia.

Work Environment

• Utility aircraft manufacturer located in Sidney Victoria, BC.
• They build a range of aircraft from regional airliners to waterbombers.
• The team size is currently small, consisting of 10-14 people, but is expected to grow.
• The shifts are from Monday to Thursday, 6am 4 : 30pm, or Tuesday to Friday, 6am 4 : 30pm.
• Employees receive two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch.
