What You’ll Need to Succeed

COBOL Expertise :

Proficiency in COBOL programming on z / OS is essential. You should have hands-on experience of developing, debugging, and optimizing COBOL applications .

Mainframe Environment :

Familiarity with mainframe systems, including JCL (Job Control Language), VSAM, and DB2, is necessary. Knowledge of system administration and security structures (z / OS) is a plus.

Problem-Solving Skills :

The ability to analyzeplex business requirements and translate them into efficient COBOL solutions. Troubleshooting skills are crucial for maintaining existing applications.

Bilingual Skills :

Fluency in French is required, as you’ll collaborate with bilingual teams and work on projects with French-speaking clients.
