Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Financial Analyst - Senior for a 6-month contract located in Toronto.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst - Senior with a financial services background.
Responsibilities :
- Completing all DOE accounting and reporting tasks on time.
- Completing trend, performance, and variance analysis; evaluating financial data to ensure risks are detected and underlying reasons of deviations are comprehended.
- Performing operational and SOX controls, including reconciliations to support balance sheet and expense account attestations.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis.
- Has obtained or is working towards a CPA designation.
