Technical Writer (IT)

We are currently looking for a Technical Writer (IT) to produce high-quality documentation that outlines procedures around Patch Management and Server Hardening for internal use and review by external auditors. The Technical Writer will work collaboratively with the network and security teams to document these internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, review and organize all technical documentation
• Thorough knowledge of technical writing concepts and techniques, which includes writing clear, concise and simple sentences to explain difficult concepts
• Produce high caliber documents to maintain a professional look and feel to all documentation produced
• Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand for technical and non-technical readers
