Senior Cyber Security Specialist Security Engineer

Overview / Responsibilities
The Cyber ThreatOperations and Engineering team is responsible for theimplementation operation maintenance and growth of technologysolutions intended to mitigate cyber security threats.
Thesesolutions range from network security technologies like firewallsURL filters intrusion detection / prevention systems advanced threatprevention technologies and web application firewalls to server andendpoint solutions such as filesystem monitoring filesystemencryption vulnerability management and malwaredetection / prevention agents.
This team is also responsible forensuring that documented standards and processes for allaforementioned capabilities exist and are consistently followed.
The is primarily a network security position focused on the areashighlighted above in red.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in informationtechnology security administration business analysis risk auditcompliance computer forensics network perimeter security or otherrelated discipline.
- Comprehensiveunderstanding of at least one security technical or riskdiscipline.
- Experience working with vendorsand resellers handling vendor / reseller relationships and bringingavailable resources to bear to solve problems or realizeopportunities.
- Experience managing / leadingprojects and ability to produce any necessary artifacts.
- Experience with one or more of the followingis preferred :
- Crowdstrike McAfeeCylance Bromium Symantec Varonis Tenable Rapid7 Qualys VeracodeVormetric WhiteHat Prisma Cloud AIP / DLP

- Strong MSExcel and reporting skills required. Experience using PowerBIstrongly preferred.
- Ability to leveragevarious trusted sources of information (articles webinars Internetetc.) to gain accurate knowledge of current security threatsvulnerabilities mitigating strategies to address them and thenrecommend and implement appropriate solutions for the FM Globalorganization.
Education
Bachelors Degree inInformation Security / Assurance Computer Science InformationTechnology or a related discipline or equivalent work experience ortechnical training with a nonrelated degree.
Related certifications such as PWAPT GWAPT aplus)
