Our Opportunity :

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Senior Manager, Retail Omni-Channel Management, TH, Canada. Omni-Channel Management encapsulates two business-critical priorities for our Retail Channel team : (i.

leading the Calendar & Sales Planning function across both the Brick & Mortar (restaurant) channel and the eCommerce channel;

and (ii.) leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) project management function to ensure successful execution of all Retail programs & products.

To achieve these priorities, the Senior Manager, Retail Omni-Channel Management, TH, Canada is a strategic partner and cross-functional leader that works with Ops, Supply Chain, National Marketing, and Retail Category teams in advancing priority projects that help us achieve ambitious sales, traffic, and profitability goals.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Create & manage both the Retail Brick & Mortar (In-Restaurant) + Ecommerce Marketing Calendar to achieve SSS, SST, and profit targets over 24+ months of runway
  • Set annual sales objectives for the Retail business using historical sales trends, test market data, and broader TH business objectives to build bottom-up targets
  • Lead the cross-functional omni-channel NPI process for Retail by building project management roadmaps to track & drive execution of all Retail initiatives, including all National B&M promos, Test Markets and Ecommerce programs
  • Conduct analysis on sales & inventory sell through across channels to optimize calendar plans, advocate for inventory buys / replenishment, mitigate liability risks, and grow restaurant profitability
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Analytics on forecasts and inventory buys, while partnering on promo performance reporting & business insights
  • Partner with National Marketing Calendar & IMC teams to identify calendar planning synergies, while advocating for Retail POP / media support & placements
  • Track and report KPIs / MBOs to leadership and identify opportunities with ongoing sales & supply plans to continuously strengthen the Retail calendar
  • Manage the Retail Ad Fund budget, track ongoing initiatives & spending, and lead the annual Retail Team budget setting process
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills :

  • Post-secondary degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent project management skills; PMO or Six Sigma experience highly valued
  • Highly organized and motivated with a desire to outperform
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, manage ambiguity, and meet timelines
  • You’re resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to drive projects forward with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness
  • Strong acumen in data analysis, conceptual and quantitative problem solving to form and share data-driven recommendations
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
