Position : Counter Sales Associate

Reporting to : Sales Center Manager

Location : Victoria, BC

CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC / R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories.

CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applications for a Counter Sales Associate.

The Opportunity

• Provide top quality service to our customers
• Handle customer calls and inquiries
• Quote prices to customers
• Process customer orders over the counter and telephone
• Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves
• Merchandise and inventory maintenance
• Warehouse support, including shipping and receiving

What You Offer

• 2 - 3 years technical / sales experience in the HVACR industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Front counter or inside sales experience preferred
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented
• Computer literate
• Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and / or who have graduated from a HVAC / R technical program
• Must be able to lift up to 40lb.
