Co-op Recruiter

We are seeking bright, energetic students to work alongside us at Randstad Inhouse Services. This is a hybrid (remote / in-office) role.

Schedule :

It is flexible; both part-time and full-time hours are available

Pay Rate :

This is an unpaid co-op position, but top performers may be hired on for paid roles after the co-op term

The position is starting from May 2024 until July / August 2024, with possibility of extension into a paid / full-time position with Randstad depending on your performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the account managers in their daily activities
• Full cycle recruitment; source, screen and interview candidates
• Administer reference and criminal background checks
• Assist with payroll and health & safety
• Assist with orientation and on boarding of new hires
• Assist with employee surveys
• Build candidate relationships

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a HR or business related post secondary program with a mandatory coop credit
• Previous HR or recruitment experience is not required
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc
• Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environmen
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Good with administrative tasks
• People who thrive when challenged
