JOB S UMMARY Reporting to the site manager, the role will be responsible for running the overall day-to-day management of the harvest operations and directing activities to ensure a quality product.

Oversee the direction of all personnel in the department. Drive production to achieve all safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE; Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferred Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time Attention to detail Ability to follow direction and specific instructions Good communication skills;
