The Field Applications Analyst II for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the installation and support of instrumentation which may include Chemistry / Immunoassay platforms, Automations and Middleware, and others as determined by customer needs. The goal is to ensure the analyzers meet Beckman Coulter stated requirements in the customer laboratory environment.

This position reports to the Manager Applications and is part of the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Division located in Canada and will be fully remote .

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Ensure customers are fully prepared for analyzer verification and meeting milestones for established implementation timeline.
• Complete verification studies on instrumentation including, but not limited to instrument set-up, calibration, precision, linearity studies, and method comparisons.
• Provide onsite training for accurate operation of instrumentation.
• Handle and support customer satisfaction to sustain the growth of the business.
• Work collaboratively across the business to build partnerships with the marketing, service, and sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
