Job Description
TD is growing its Mobile Mortgage Sales Force and is seeking performance‑driven individuals to join our dynamic team. The Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) sales team is a national retail channel responsible for acquiring new mortgage and home equity line of credit business within Canadian Personal Banking (CPB). The Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) supports the specialist by handling credit administration, customer service and administrative tasks, enabling specialists to focus on sales and business development while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timely commitments.
Job Details
- Part‑time position, minimum 15 hours; additional hours up to 37.5 per week based on volume.
- Work volumes are received directly from the associated MMS during scheduled hours.
- Position is primarily remote, from home office or a specific TD location.
- Flexible scheduling in partnership with the associated MMS and the Manager, MMS Assistants.
Key Accountabilities
Customer
Maximize support in credit administration.Maintain good relationships with partners, following up, responding to questions and escalating issues to MMS or DM when necessary.Gather client documentation after initial MMS customer meeting and process credit application.Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently, supporting the specialist and business timelines.Support the customer journey through the deal process and clarify mortgage suite details, product or policy as needed.Shareholder
Ensure all supporting documentation is received and validated according to internal processes and regulatory requirements.Contribute to achievement of MMS credit quality objectives and individual targets.Meet and, where possible, exceed timeline commitments by processing transactions accurately and on time.Partner with administrative support groups to facilitate the end‑to‑end credit decision process.Support the achievement of business objectives by supporting sales goals.Understand and apply bank and channel operating policies and procedures.Contribute to operational excellence and support process improvement opportunities.Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions or activities as necessary.Comply with Bank Code of Conduct.Be knowledgeable of the full mortgage suite of products and services.Employee / Team

Requires established customer service skills for routine activities and multi‑step transactions.Broad knowledge of the basic product suite.Understanding of how assigned duties relate to others in the customer or sales team.Identifies and assesses customer problems using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues.Impacts team results through service quality and information accuracy.Follows RESL procedures and practices, recommending process improvements.Uses communication skills to clarify product and process information with composure.Develops required working knowledge through formal training or experience.Reports to a Manager or higher.What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 1 year in a client‑facing and / or administrative role.Mortgage / credit lending experience.Superior computer and technology skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Highly organized self‑starter, capable of working independently and multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet or exceed timelines and SLA expectations.High-level accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.Who We Are
