The companies are now seeking a Senior Associate to join their talented team. Supporting CIO REIT, Second City Real Estate and Clarity Real Estate, the Senior Associate will have a chance to play a broad role working across the entire real estate investment life cycle and on all facets of M&A, asset management and financial analysis work ranging from sourcing, due diligence, acquisition, disposition, asset management, and strategy analysis.

Through the various platforms, the Senior Associate will have a chance to gain exposure to a wide range of asset classes, transactions, analysis.

In this entrepreneurial environment, they will have a chance to grow their career and learn and contribute as part of a small but highly experienced and talented team.

The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation of experience within commercial real estate or private equity, with demonstrated business acumen and expert-level financial modeling and financial analysis skills as well as capital market knowledge.

In an environment where no two days will be the same, they must be keen to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, highly adaptable, and able to build and work on ad-hoc models as they come.

The successful candidate is just as comfortable in a hands-on capacity working on complex financial models and reviewing detailed legal documents as they are touring potential acquisition sites, working with property managers, and interacting with brokers.

Based in Vancouver, BC, this is an exciting opportunity for a real estate professional who wants to work in an established but entrepreneurial real estate private equity environment with a positive culture and significant career growth and mentorship opportunities.

The compensation range for this position is targeted between $90,000 to $110,000 plus bonus and benefits. The exact compensation range may vary depending on the candidates skills and experience.
