Lead Project Engineer

Overview

Lead Project Engineer – WSP Canada – Roles located in key offices such as Calgary, Moncton, Kitchener. Join a growing Energy & Process division focused on climate‑adaptation, low‑carbon solutions, and advanced engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering from concept through construction drawings and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, estimate, and risk assess projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Develop and review proposals, cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments, and contract change orders.
• Act as the main technical and client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary deliverables and reviewing designs for conformity.
• Provide technical guidance on complex aspects, conduct feasibility studies, and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain design control documents, monitor design changes, and support engineering control and quality assurance.

Competitive salary range in British Columbia : $113,500 – $156,000 (subject to experience, qualifications, and performance).
