We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Software Development to lead a high impact and high performing team building modeling and automation product offering at the core of our construction manufacturing technology platform.

In this role, you will lead software engineers working on scalable systems that automate design logic, enforce constructability rules, and enable seamless handoff from digital models to manufacturing and robotics. You’ll combine strong people leadership with deep technical understanding to deliver reliable, high‑quality platform capabilities.
