Job Summary

As a 360 Talent Manager at 3 Step Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

This role is ideal for a driven and entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a remote working environment. Your primary objective will be to identify, attract, and place high-quality candidates in roles that align with their skills and career aspirations while meeting the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management :
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and business objectives to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Management :
  • Utilize various channels to source and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
  • Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle :
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client brief to candidate placement.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process.
  • Market Research and Business Development :
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed of industry trends.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients and candidates.
  • Implement effective business development strategies to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Skills :
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Attributes :
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a commission-based role.
