Job Summary
As a 360 Talent Manager at 3 Step Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
This role is ideal for a driven and entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a remote working environment. Your primary objective will be to identify, attract, and place high-quality candidates in roles that align with their skills and career aspirations while meeting the specific needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and business objectives to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Sourcing and Management :
- Utilize various channels to source and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle :
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client brief to candidate placement.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process.
- Market Research and Business Development :
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed of industry trends.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients and candidates.
- Implement effective business development strategies to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Experience : Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.
- Skills :
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
