A well-established benefits company in Etobicoke is looking for Bilingual Customer Care Representatives to join their team. In this role you will be supporting a mental-health line over phone, chat and email. You'll need to be able to deal with sensitive situations with empathy and compassion, and you'll get the opportunity to make a real difference. This is a permanent full-time position.
