Salary Range : $140,000 + Bonuses

Our client is a leader in the aviation industry, dedicated to training and preparing the next generation of pilots and aviation professionals. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch flight training programs, state-of-the-art facilities, and unparalleled customer service. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team and help grow their presence in the aviation training industry.
Job Summary :
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving enrollment and sales growth by building strong relationships with prospective students, flight schools, and aviation professionals. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach, strategic marketing, and customer engagement to attract and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and qualify prospective students and organizations interested in flight training programs through various channels, including social media, trade shows, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing them with comprehensive information about programs, facilities, and services.
- Sales Strategy Execution : Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Consultative Selling : Understand the specific needs and goals of prospective students and organizations to recommend appropriate programs and services.
- Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that attract potential clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Industry Networking : Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to represent the company and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting & Analysis : Track sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management. Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Customer Support : Assist clients with enrollment processes, financial aid information, and other inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, aviation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
