Our client is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support their HR team. This on-site contract role requires experience with ADP and MS Office, and involves data entry, onboarding, employee documentation, and recruitment support.
Responsibilities :
- Enter data into ADP and ATS systems.
- Assist with onboarding and performance management documentation.
- Maintain employee files and assist with recruitment.
- Prepare training materials and certificates.
- Provide reception coverage and support HR filing tasks.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested.
