Description de posteCreate and maintain sales analysis reports to provide key performance metrics and actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders. Analyze historical sales trends and market data to support accurate forecasts and strategic planning. Prepare detailed sales reports, financial analyses, and performance metrics for the Strategy / Finance team and HQ. Share revenue projections and market insights with HQ to ensure alignment with global business strategies. Monitor B2B customer store-level inventory to ensure balanced stock distribution and avoid stockouts or overstocking. Use SAP and analytics tools to track inventory discrepancies, generate monthly reports, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with supply chain and sales teams to optimize inventory allocation and replenishment processes. Facilitate and actively participate in meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to address supply chain challenges and align strategies. Act as the liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and successful execution of deliverables. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, retail, operations, or product management, with strong expertise in SCM. Proven experience in managing purchase orders, monitoring delivery performance, and collaborating on inventory allocation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros). Strong working knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) for data management and reporting. Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred). Experience maintaining customer master data and ensuring accurate SAP entries. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in forecasting, financial analysis, and market trend reporting.
Job Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor to optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring seamless execution to meet customer needs and achieve company objectives. Reporting to the Supply Chaim Management Manager, this role involves processing purchase orders (Pos), maintaining accurate inventory allocation, and managing customer master data in SAP. Additionally, the Specialist oversees Amazon Vendor Central operations, analyzes sales trends to provide actionable insights, and drives data-informed business decisions. Success in this role requires exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and strategic thinking, along with strong collaboration skills to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Order and Customer Management (40%)
- Serve as the main point of contact for supply chain inquiries, including order fulfillment, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Process and modify Pos to meet customer-specific requirements and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with planners to evaluate inventory levels and allocate stock effectively across customers and locations.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer master data in SAP to ensure seamless operations and data integrity.
- Monitor the delivery of promotional items to ensure timely arrival in support of sales initiatives.
Sales Analysis (25%)
Inventory and Distribution Management (20%)
Client and Stakeholder Communication (15%)
