Description de posteForestry sector in the territories of the municipalities of Frontenac, Audet and the Town of Lac-Mégantic in the MRC du Granit High school diploma and college degree in secretarial work or office administration 2 to 5 years of experience in similar functions Knowledge of the construction industry considered an asset Excellent proficiency in Suite Office Fluent in written and spoken English, and French High geographical mobility Valid driver license Ability to work in teams and communicate both verbally and written Autonomy, discretion and high administrative rigor Handle all administrative correspondence relating tomanaging a construction project Process the hiring form, sends it to the payrolldepartment, and enters information in the tree structure Keep track of the time sheets for workers andprocesses them Be responsible for the Compliance Hiring Program ineach province and must verify that each subcontractor meets the requirementsbefore starting work Help the Project Manager and the Project Engineer withcontracts, as well as data entry and monitoring in the management software Direct, record, and file all communications andcontractual transmissions Ensure that the meeting minutes are uploaded in themanagement software Ensure the archiving of the project records isperformed Validate that the quality requirements are included inthe subcontractor’s or supplier’s contract Ensure to the application of the Administrative Planon site Perform any other related duties.

PositionSummary : The Site AdministrativeAssistant manages all the administrative tasks on site and provides a globalassistance to the project manager and the project management team.
Location on site :
- MU2, The wind turbines are located on public land in the MRC d'Avignon in Quebec, near the Mi'gmaq communities of Gesgapegiag, Gespeg and Listuguj.
Phase 2 of the project Mesgi'g Ugju's'n aims to increase renewable energy production with 19 new wind turbines, which will bring the energy capacity to 102.24 MW.
Haute Chaudière is a 20 wind turbines with a combined power of 120 MW
