We are looking for a Site Foreman to join our growing team, who will be responsible for assisting Site Superintendents on various projects throughout Vancouver and in the Lower Mainland ranging form $1m-$35M. This is a great opportunity to move into management for a candidate who has carpentry or other trade background and is familiar with commercial construction sites.

• Independent - ability to communicate effectively with team, but also act authoritatively on your own
• Honest - willingness to admit when you've made a mistake and take ownership
• Administrative - ability to track budgets, change orders, field reports, weekly progress reports etc.
• Personable - able to build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and clients
• Communicator - good at proactively with subtrades and team, strong verbal & written communication skills
• Organizer- meticulous in site organization
• Mobile - willing to travel and be flexible in work locations
