Site Administrator

MetCap Living Management Inc.  is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management.

We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

We're in search of a Site Administrator (1 open position) for one of our properties in Kingston.  You have : - A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel, and E-mail - Strong administrative skills and energy in this fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and procedure - Ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants - Excellent written and spoken English skills - Good people skills and excellent customer service - the ability to interact positively with tenants and staff MetCap Offers : - Full-time position - Health benefits - Cellphone - Training Salary : $50,000 We thank all those who apply, but only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
