Our Opportunity :

Reporting to the Manager, People Business Partner, this position is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and executing assigned activities in the area of recruitment, employee relations and employee programs for the Debert Distribution Centre. This position will provide support to Distribution Management and employees as required.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct internal investigations as required
• Coordinate the onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Responsible for communicating company initiatives to all employees
• Assist the supervisors with the return-to-work process
• Provide guidance and assistance with the attendance management process
• Communicate and provide support to employees with regards the benefit and total rewards programs
• Assist all departments with performance management
