Description de posteDeliver the operational service to the customer related to the customer contract & Operation manual Manage the subordinate teams and ensure their safety in all areas of the facility through the application of the defined actions and processes. Plan and adapt the workforce accordingly to forecasts and service to be processed. Maintain a high level of productivity in a continuous improvement mindset Use assigned work tools, in accordance with site manager's instructions, documentation, procedures, standards and client requirements. Monitor Quality & Productivity & Promote Improvement plans, Implement Operational Strategy 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management within a 3PL or logistics environment. Bachelor's degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization abilities. Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certifications are an asset. Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and data-driven decision-making tools. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
