Overview of Opportunity
The Employment Specialist plays a critical role as the link between client companies and associates and having the responsibility of meeting the expectations of both. Generation and expansion of our business with existing and new accounts is vital in this position. This role requires recruiting, interviews, orientations and working with the team assigning associates to both permanent and contract roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in growing our business by providing excellent customer service as well as inside sales and marketing strategies
