Purpose :

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work first hand with mining, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and references of candidates. To attract the right candidates, you will be working with internal and external databases, referrals, networking, and various other means. You will be sourcing for candidates with various backgrounds, disciplines and experiences so having an understanding of numerous fields / industries will be an asset. You are constantly interacting with an assortment of people so interpersonal and communication skills are key.
