Job Description
The Commercial Manager will manage contractual aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and risk mitigation. Work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to manage Change Orders and commercial negotiations.
- Manage a team of Project Coordinators
- Manage Change Orders
- Handle claims and potential disputes to protect commercial interests
- Identify and execute strategies for profit enhancement
- Ensure contract compliance
- Oversee contract negotiations
- Resource for the team for information and interpretation of contract clauses
