It is within this context that Medavie’s Board of Directors is seeking multiple new Board Directors for upcoming vacancies. As a highly complex not-for-profit organization that is both purpose-driven and commercially-oriented, board members should bring corresponding breadth of experience, achievement, and active engagement as fiduciaries.

The Medavie Board is composed of talented and dedicated individuals who possess the expertise, credentials, and experience to effectively govern this dynamic organization as it continues its growth trajectory. Specifically, c-suite executives with strong governance and business acumen are sought along with expertise in one (or more) of the following areas : primary care / health clinic operations; high growth organizations, including mergers and acquisitions; communications / marketing / customer experience; public policy; and / or international markets. Other qualifications or experience to be considered could include a professional designation in a relevant field and corporate directorship.
