Reports To : Technical Lead About the Team : The Data and Analytics team is transforming data into a powerful, accessible product that drives strategic decisions. We modernize data infrastructure and refine analytics capabilities to deliver seamless, high-quality insights to all users. About the Role : As a Data Engineer, you'll design and implement scalable data pipelines, working with leading-edge technologies in a rapidly evolving environment. This role provides hands-on experience and the unique opportunity to directly impact how we leverage data to drive business success, while contributing to a system that's shaping the future of our data space. What You’ll Be Doing : Designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines for processing large volumes of data. Developing and maintaining data storage solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, and relational / non-relational databases. Partnering with product and cross-functional teams to translate data insights into impactful solutions. Integrating data from multiple sources and ensure its quality, consistency, and accessibility. Optimizing performance of data processing workflows and ensure scalability. Contributing to the evolution of data architecture and infrastructure to meet growing business needs. Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues promptly and efficiently. Maintaining and documenting best practices for data engineering and architecture. What We’re Looking For : 2-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Scala). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g. Azure Databricks). Familiarity with ETL / ELT frameworks and data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster). Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD workflows. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
