Our client is seeking to add a strong administrator to their Property Management team in Edmonton. This role calls for someone who excels in a busy environment and who has the ability to support multiple departments and requests. A truly rewarding position that allows for autonomy and professional growth
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Liaise with team members on all purchase order requirements.
- Be the first point of contact for Accounts Payable questions and review.
- Assist tenants with accounting questions and concerns and work closely with the property accounting team.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable and collection process.
- Pre-screen potential tenants and oversee the security deposit accounts.
- Complete monthly reports for the property management team.
- Manage contracts, leases, and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
