Job Description: Project Manager
Toronto - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project objectives align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and budgets.
Lead and coordinate cross functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project progress, manage timelines, and adjust plans when required.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Manage change requests, evaluate impact, and control scope creep.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance processes, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and consistent communication.
Facilitate collaboration between business, technical teams, and external vendors.
Present project status updates, milestones, and financials to leadership.
Project Control & Governance
Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
Monitor project KPIs, cost performance, and resource utilization.
Conduct project closure activities, including post implementation reviews and lessons learned.
