OVERVIEW : The Federal Program Manager serves as a liaison between Xerox and its assigned partner, CTI, to oversee all aspects of the DLA contract. This role ensures full lifecycle management of the sales process, contract compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The incumbent will work with and contribute to a broader core team and support organizations both internal as well as core client members.
SCOPE OF POSITION :
- Maintain Xerox’s contractual relationship with the Xerox partner.
- Lead the client’s contract delivery and pricing efforts.
- Work with various requests for new business.
- Ensure successful implementation of the strategy and direction for the business.
- Market, close, and support sales cycles for all solutions; hardware and services.
