As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining program initiatives aligned with our long-term business strategy. Your Responsibilities :
Lead the development of program structure and ensure ongoing maintenance of the program structure. This includes program scope, goals, reporting, budget, meeting cadence, and results.
Leverage technical expertise to influence achievement of goals and objectives.
Facilitate working sessions and drive collaboration across the business ensuring information is shared between work streams. Ensure milestones are met and hold program members accountable.
Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts for the program. Escalating and communicating findings as required.
Communicate project performance and progress to all stakeholders. This includes formal presentations to senior leadership.
Prepare and deliver messaging for programs that illustrate continual linkages to business strategy.
Continuously align deliverables with program outcomes and manage project interdependencies.
Identify projects that are behind schedule or need to be pushed and escalate issues to management for action.
Cross-project resource management, conduct field walks with contractors for scope clarification and budget development in conjunction with Supply Management.
Support project managers in the development of monthly stewardship reporting to report on program metrics such as cost and schedule.

Your Experience :
Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
5-10 years' experience developing strategic plans and initiatives.
Related industry experience is an asset.
PMI Certification : CAPM or PMP considered an asset.
Change management or Organizational effectiveness designations considered an asset.
