THE TEAM
The mission of the People Operations Department (known internally as People Integration) is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our People Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing, running and improving People & Culture processes and initiatives to deliver a world-class employee experience to our People across all workplaces. As the Senior Analyst, People Integration, you will play a pivotal role in the set-up, planning, design and execution of our corporate talent programs in support of our business and people objectives. As part of our highly cross-functional business, you will gain exposure to our People & Culture functions as you cultivate your operational excellence, strategic thinking, and business management competencies. THE ROLE
As the Senior Analyst, People Integration, you will :
- Ensure day-to-day program activities are developed and executed on time, with quality and efficiency
- Improve talent programs and initiatives to ensure quality, effectiveness and strategic alignment
- Identify, prioritize, design and implement solutions to bring our strategic program roadmaps to life
- Create and leverage data and reporting to analyze program performance and enable actionable solutions
- Collaborate with People & Culture business partners to build and improve program processes, tools, and capabilities
- Project manage cross-functional People & Culture initiatives and partner with key stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are executed on time and to a high standard
- Facilitate the identification and resolution of cross-functional impacts across people, process, and technology

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
