This is a permanent, full-time position in office. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the Payroll department. This is a full-time in office position with weekend and evening rotation.   Shift Information : Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM / 11 : 00AM to 7 : 00PM depending on coverage, with weekend evening rotation. Responsibilities Create initial patient schedule based on frequency information Update and maintain patient information in an accurate and timely manner Upload patient information into database and send to field staff when required Process verbal and email requests from nurses to move, add, and / or cancel visits and discharge and / or hold client services Ensure that requests match the reports submitted and follow up with nurse via telephone or email to clarify or fix any discrepancies Provide general administrative and clerical support Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information in accordance with privacy legislation and S.R.T. MedStaff’s Privacy Policies and Procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in the health care industry Payroll, data entry, and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication and organization skills High precision and attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks Good knowledge of standard office practices and procedures We thank you for applying to S.R.T.
