Position : Customer Care Specialist - Remote, Full-Time Organization : AO Globe Life Overview : AO Globe Life seeks a highly motivated and professional individual to fulfill the role of Customer Care Specialist. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential financial security solutions to clients while operating in a remote, full-time capacity. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization's mission of safeguarding families through the delivery of personalized service and comprehensive financial planning. Responsibilities : Provide expert guidance to clients in the development of tailored financial security plans. Maintain current knowledge of organizational products, services, and regulatory policies through continuous engagement with management and training resources. Facilitate the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Adhere to all organizational compliance standards and procedures. Qualifications : Residency within Canada is mandatory. Possession of a personal laptop or desktop computer is required. Commitment to obtaining the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) license, with organizational support provided. Demonstrated proficiency in English language communication, both written and verbal. Fundamental proficiency in computer operations and software applications.
