Job Offer - Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Company in the construction field in Ville Saint-Laurent
A dynamic company in the construction field is looking for an Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to complete a small administrative team of 5 people. If you are organized, multitasking and want to work in a relaxed atmosphere, we would be delighted to receive your application.

Annual salary : $55,000 - $60,000

Flexible schedule :
From 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or
From 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
Office Administrative Management :
Welcoming visitors
Managing the email box
Supervising administrative aspects related to the management of residential and commercial buildings
Managing rental leases and coordinating repairs with technicians and specialists
Communicating with tenants
Entering data and creating new tenant files
Monitoring insurance contracts before maturity
Managing the fleet of cell phones and tablets
Monitoring inspections and purchase orders (PO)
Managing keys and alarms
Inventory of office supplies and managing purchase order pads and printers
Other related administrative tasks
Qualifications
Bilingualism in French and English, both orally and in writing
Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction sector
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Autonomy and sense of responsibility
Good knowledge of SharePoint and Proprio Expert (an asset)
Good command of office tools (Microsoft Office)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
