- Receiving calls and investigating applicant needs (domestic violence or suicide).
- Providing intervention services by phone (listening, helping, and referring).
- Responding to various requests for clinical information (programs, process objectives, eligibility criteria, etc.).
- Planning and conducting one-on-one meetings.
- Writing (completing case files and various follow-up tools related to intervention activities).
- Following up on patient files by phone.
- Participating in group sessions.
- Performing any other related tasks.

DCS or technical degree in Social Work.Intervention experience with men (an asset).Crisis intervention experience (a significant asset).Certified suicide prevention training – if not, training will be provided upon hiring.At least two years of community experience in intervention.Written and oral fluency in French.Attendance of at least three clinical coaching meetings.Desired profile
Enjoys working with people.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Patience, passion, and versatility.Experience in the health network (an asset).
