Job Summary : As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining organized records and files, and providing general office support to ensure the smooth functioning of our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain training calendars, schedules, and bookings
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, by telephone, social media and email
Qualifications :
Working Conditions : This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office. The work environment is primarily sedentary, with occasional light physical tasks such as filing or light lifting. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits : We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
