We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and versatile administrative technician to join the research and development centre team. As a team member, you will handle the purchase orders for members of several teams. Thanks to your efforts, you will directly influence the delivery of orders related to all our development projects.YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO : Validate the compliance of purchase requests.Create purchase orders.Track purchase requests and transportation.Act as the unique point of contact for suppliers.Influence the operation of processes.YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES : A diploma of vocational studies (DVS) in secretarial studies, a diploma of college studies (DCS) in administrative techniques, or other relevant equivalents.3 to 5 years of relevant experience.Good communication and presentation skills.Capable of working with minimal supervision (autonomous and proactive).Proficiency in French 4 / 5 and English 4 / 5, a n English language proficiency of 4 / 5 is required for the position, as you will need to communicate regularly with international suppliers / carriers.Do you have other qualifications?
