We are seeking a professional to support our client in the insurance industry working on the GFT Risk portfolio which includes initiatives like MRM Reinsurance Credit Risk Monitor and various enhancements. This role will involve collaboration with both local and global teams with the possibility of occasional meetings outside of regular business hours.
What is in it for you :
Salaried : $71 to $74 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate : $85 to $88 per hour.
5month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work : 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilities :
Ensure successful and timely delivery of project deliverables according to scope and budget.
Act as Project Manager or Scrum Master facilitating daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives to resolve issues within the team.
Monitor timelines and proactively address any project issues to keep deliverables on track.
Prepare and present progress updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency.
Manage financial aspects of each initiative to ensure delivery within budget.
Oversee project teams including defining business requirements coordinating resources and guiding teams in developing highquality software solutions.
Lead user acceptance testing and ensure defectfree rollouts.
Ensure project management methodologies and systems development processes are followed.
Present findings and updates to steering committees or sponsors.
What you will need to succeed :
Bachelor s degree.
PMP Agile or SAFe certification (NicetoHave).
5 years of experience leading Agile teams with a strong track record in project management.
Proven negotiation skills with senior business leaders and a strong sense of ownership in resolving issues.
Excellent communication skills comfortable engaging with both team members and executive leaders.
Ability to think innovatively and offer solutions to complex problems.
