Adecco is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance / Renovations Worker to join our client's team in Saint John, NB. This temporary role involves performing various maintenance and renovation tasks for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance work, and be capable of responding to emergency situations promptly.
Location : Saint John, NB
Shifts : Monday-Friday - on-call rotation required

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :
Performing various renovation tasks including flooring, painting, drywall, minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
Conducting general maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
Managing work orders and responding to maintenance requests.
Installing doors and windows, as well as performing other miscellaneous repairs.
Ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring high-quality standards of work.
Maintaining communication with tenants, team members, and management to ensure efficient, timely service.
Responding to emergency maintenance issues and working outside the Saint John area as needed. Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience with renovations and general property maintenance.
Willingness to work outside of Saint John when required.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with flexibility in work hours.
