Description de posteDétenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en commerce international ou toute autre combinaison de formation et d'expérience jugée pertinente à l'emploi Détenir la certification CTCS et / ou CCS ou la volonté d'obtenir la certification (un atout) Posséder un minimum de 3 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire (dans l'industrie alimentaire, serait un atout) Avoir de bonnes connaissances en conformité douanière, en règlementation et en utilisation d'incoterms Posséder un bon sens de la planification et de l'organisation Savoir prioriser et travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en même temps Posséder une excellente capacité d'analyse et une rigueur professionnelle Être autonome, proactif et impliqué Connaître la Suite Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, Outlook Connaître le système SAP (un atout) Maîtriser la langue française et anglaise tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION
Relevant de la Spécialiste en conformité douanière Senior, le spécialiste en conformité douanière s'assure de la conformité aux règlementations concernant la classification, l'évaluation en douane, les règles d'origine, les accords de libre-échange, la documentation et la tenue des dossiers, etc. RESPONSABILITÉS
- Contribuer à l'élaboration, à l'implantation et au maintien de processus efficaces relatifs à la conformité douanière au sein du Groupe Leclerc
- Assurer la conformité douanière des importations et exportations avec la douane Canadienne, des États-Unis. du Royaume-Uni ainsi qu'à l'international
- Classifier les items (Produits finis, ingrédients, emballages, machineries, etc.) sous les bons codes tarifaires
- Cibler les produits pouvant bénéficier d'un accord de libre-échange et en analyser l'éligibilité
- Gérer les réclamations des frais de douanes payés en trop et la rétrocession des droits de douanes (Drawback)
- Rester informé et agir de façon proactive par rapport aux changements de règlements, des classifications et des exigences mondiales
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à l'emploi
