We are currently seeking an International Tax Manager to join our tax practice in Toronto or Vancouver. We are looking for an individual who is committed to a career in taxation and has the desire to take a lead role in managing tax engagements and contributing both to the growth of the firm and our clients.

Our tax practice offers the opportunity to work in a range of tax and succession planning areas including estate & trust compliance, personal and corporate tax planning, purchase and sale of private businesses, estate planning, and cross border investment and compliance. We are interested in meeting candidates with experience in any of these areas.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Collaborate closely with Tax Partners and Senior Managers on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory projects.
• Assist in developing and executing tax planning strategies for clients.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, providing high-quality tax services and advice.
• Review and approve technical research and tax planning recommendations, particularly for international companies.
• Assess and review complex corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns and other tax-related tasks prepared by team members.
• Actively mentor and coach junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client service and contribute to overall business growth.
