Intellectual Property and Advertising LawyerMontreal Our client, a firm specializing in intellectual property, is looking for a Lawyer with approximately three (3) years or more of experience in intellectual property. The Lawyer will namely have to deal with numerous advertising and marketing legal questions, particularly on aspects pertaining to the Charter of the French language and trademarks. YOUR ROLE : Protection of intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks;Litigation and administrative appeals, including trademarks;Revision of campaigns and advertisements;Opinions relating to the Charter of the French language;Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and opinions mainly related to the areas of activity of our firm. SKILLS REQUIRED : Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar or one of the provincial bars of Canada;Excellent knowledge of French and English, both oral and written;Experience in intellectual property of at least 3 years;Assets : title of trademark agent.
