My client in the real estate sector. Is looking for a Property Administrator to join their Operations team in Montreal. As a Property Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operations team of their residential portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Regional Operations Manager in rent collections, expense tracking, and reconciliations, including handling proceedings at the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL).
- Generate regular property performance reports and participate in lease audits as directed by the Regional Operations Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of lease terms, rent payments, and other lease-related information.
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and effective communication.
- Electronically file all leasing documents and input new lease information and renewals into Yardi once approved.
- Add additional charges to tenant accounts as necessary and prepare bank deposits.
- Step in as a replacement for a Property Manager when required due to absence.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate administration or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Hopem, Yardi, etc.
- Fluent in both English and French languages.
